Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to use of TurboHelp.com and related Services provided by Textly Inc.

Customer is responsible for use of the Services by Permitted Users and for activity occurring through Customer's Account, Customer Properties, integrations, API keys, and automation.

1. Illegal or Harmful Use

Customer must not use the Services to:

  • Violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party rights.
  • Facilitate fraud, deception, phishing, impersonation, scams, spam, or unauthorized marketing.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • Threaten, harass, abuse, exploit, or endanger individuals or groups.
  • Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, credential theft tools, or malicious code.
  • Interfere with elections, civic processes, public services, or emergency services.
  • Evade sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions.

2. Platform Abuse

Customer must not:

  • Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to create abusive traffic or unauthorized scraping.
  • Attempt to access another customer's data, workspace, systems, or credentials.
  • Share API keys, credentials, or accounts with unauthorized users.
  • Upload malicious files or intentionally trigger errors, excessive logs, or service degradation.

3. AI Misuse

Customer must not use AI features to:

  • Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonating communications.
  • Provide professional advice in legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health, crisis, or emergency contexts without qualified human review.
  • Make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and legal basis.
  • Infer, classify, or target sensitive attributes where prohibited by law.
  • Create malware, phishing content, evasion techniques, or instructions for cyber abuse.
  • Generate hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or abusive content.
  • Manipulate End Users in a way that is deceptive, coercive, or unlawful.
  • Bypass safety controls, jailbreak models, or extract system prompts, secrets, or confidential data.

4. Sensitive and Regulated Data

Customer must not submit Protected Health Information, medical records, diagnosis or treatment data, health insurance data, payment card data, government IDs, children's data, or other sensitive regulated data unless TurboHelp expressly agrees in writing.

TurboHelp is not HIPAA-compliant at launch and does not offer a Business Associate Agreement at launch.

Customer must not use the Services for emergency support, crisis response, medical triage, safety-critical instructions, or other use cases where failure could cause death, personal injury, or significant harm.

5. Messaging and Communications

Customer must:

  • Send communications only where Customer has the right to do so.
  • Honor opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, and communication preferences.
  • Avoid misleading sender identity, subject lines, or AI disclosures.
  • Comply with anti-spam, telemarketing, electronic communications, and platform rules.
  • Avoid excessive or abusive messaging volumes that harm deliverability or platform reputation.

6. Customer Data and Content

Customer must not submit Customer Data that:

  • Customer lacks rights or lawful basis to process.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, invasive, or infringing.
  • Contains malicious code or harmful instructions.
  • Is designed to test or bypass security, privacy, or safety controls without authorization.
  • Violates the No-PHI / No-HIPAA Policy.

7. Benchmarking and Competitive Use

Customer must not use the Services to benchmark, monitor, or evaluate TurboHelp for competitive purposes without written permission.

Customer must not copy product features, workflows, model behavior, prompts, documentation, or interfaces to build a competing service except as permitted by law.

8. Enforcement

TurboHelp may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. TurboHelp may suspend or limit access, remove content, disable integrations, throttle usage, require remediation, or terminate the Account if TurboHelp reasonably believes use violates this AUP, creates security risk, harms the Services, exposes TurboHelp or others to liability, or threatens End Users.

Where reasonable, TurboHelp will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken where needed to protect security, availability, legal compliance, or third parties.
